"At first, I was so hesitant in speaking to and seeking a quote from another ins company. I am so pleased that I did. After 20 years with a local agent (never saved money) I decided its time to make a move. My experience working with Mace over the past few days has left an exceptional impression that i am proud to say I am insured with State Farm now. I have my very own personal representative named Mace. His patience and knowledge is what drove me to call back and secure new insurance for my family and I. Mace is proficient, knowledgeable, detail oriented and thorough from the beginning. He explained, he suggested and he answered in detail each part of the process. He not only saved me money with the discounts offered, he went above and beyond his fiduciary responsibility in the quality service I received. I recommend this agency and the staff, they are a team and work hard for the clientele they serve. May not be local office for me, but it definately won me over, i felt the, llike a good neighbor vibe.
